Architect & Visioner

Nikiforos Papoutsopoulos

Nikiforos grew up in Thessaloniki, listening to stories about his grandmother Irini’s and his grandfather Vangelis pastry shop. From a young age, he had a passion for exploring new sweet flavors, considering cooking a very creative activity. Now, as an architect and engineer of natural constructions, he resides in Athens and offers educational workshops.

Agronomist & Researcher
Ioanna Michail

Ioanna grew up in Crete while also originating from our beloved Cyprus. Since child she was holding a passion for the plant and animal kingdom, while she loved climbing her uncles’ carob trees. She now lives in Kalamata as a doctoral candidate in agroecology and makes sure to distribute Kaharas everywhere.
